By booking or participating in any of our sessions, you agree to the following terms.
1. Participation & Risk Acknowledgement
Skateboarding is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participation is voluntary, and all participants (or their parent/guardian) agree to take part at their own risk.

We can provide skateboards, ramps, helmets, and protective gear for all sessions, if agreed in advance.
Participants are required to:
- Use provided safety equipment where instructed
- Treat all equipment with care
We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to sessions.

This includes incidents occurring during sessions, setup, pack down, or related activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete a waiver form prior to attending any session.
For participants under 18, the waiver must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
The waiver is included as part of the booking process, and participation in any session is conditional upon it being completed.
If a completed waiver has not been received before the session, we reserve the right to refuse participation.
